i have taken a break from my solicitor as costs were extremely high. I finally got my ex to sell the property we jointly owned but he had contributed nothing to! We now have the money held by the solicitor.
His solicitor is pushing me for 50/50 they are pushing it to court. They know at present I don't have a solicitor and they are pressing me to give all the details of why I want equitable accounting before they apply to the court.
is this reasonable, usual? I am concerned they will then have my case in order to pull it apart.
