I discussed this with Amethyst yesterday. 10 year ago today, Ian Pollock a BBC report was having lunch with NatWest media relations. These kinds of meetings happen all the time especially when you are dealing with a press office and are wanting to get positive stories on your company, and not always does it happen. In this discussion, the BBC reporter showed the Natwest media relations guys an internal document which detailed a plan to refund all customers of theirs should they lose the OFT Bank charges test case. We all know they won that case(shock horror for regulars here!!!). Needless to say that that meeting was one where they were not happy that internal documents were leaked to the press about plans not already know to the public. They instigate an investigation to find out the source of that leak. It lead straight to me. I have always known that document to be "project red ocean", however, that information was the title of a different project below the one that lead to them finding me. The article that the BBC wrote lead to about half a dozen others. Here is that BBC article that was written by the BBC Reporter: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/7759054.stm
