Hi, in December 2016 I bought a bundle of Project Management courses from ITonline Learning at £495 + £99 deposit.
I took this course because I was told exam fees will be included. There are 6 courses in this bundle and with the exam fees ranging from £120 to £300, it means by the time I finish I would have parted with over £1000. I've tried to change to a different course but the person who sold me the course will would not even speak to me. I've only downloaded 1 of the 5 courses. Please help me. How do I cancel this and claim my money back?
