The Solicitor Defendant has failed to provide as ordered a Certificated Letter with a Document which will prove is a fraudulent one! What do I need to order court to do. This document is a Forgery, I have proved it, but in order to kill their Defence dead, I need this. Can I :
1) apply for non party disclosure order as this will prove it.
2) What order should I apply for as they have failed to comply. Should it be costs, Strike out or whatever phrase and Damages to be decided.
