E-Petition for consumer protection Laws also upper APR limits

Consumers Forum (formally Penalty Charges) website over the road, have started a E-petition. They have not gone down the road of just screaming about bank charges, although they are mentioned, but additionally the e-petition
calls for new consumer protection laws,
and
the re-introduction of an APR Limit.
to try and put a stop to these companies that charges huge 4000% APR amounts
