County Court Business Centre Claim from Mortimer Clarke for ccj'd debt from 2004

I have today received a County Court Business Centre Claim Form - for a Clydesdale Bank Plc t/a Yorkshire Bank from 28 /04 / 2004, the claimant is Marlin Europe 1 Limited c/o Mortinmer Clarke Solicitors Ltd. The original debt did have a CCJ on it dating back years ago, it has not been on my credit file for a number of years now. Can someone please help me with this, I am at my wits end as to what to do. Any advice on how to respond to the County Court Business Centre please. Thank you in advance.
