Estate Administration rules. Challenging an Assent
Wondering if anyone has any insight into how to approach a family property being gifted incorrectly. An Administrator & sole heir assented a registered property
in his deceased parent’s name to a person not entitled to inherit from that estate. my understanding is now the administrator is deceased his adult children could bring a claim as rightful heirs under rules of Intestacy to their grandparent’s house. Love to hear thoughts on who would prevail. Cheers
