Forms for Transfer Land Registry

Good evening,

I've been granted probate for my fathers estate which comprises of a flat which has no mortgage. The flat is part of a housing association council estate and is leasehold owned.

Is the process different considering its a leashold flat?

Would I need to fill any out any forms other than the below.
AP1
AS1
ID1

Also regarding the type of application, would the correct category be transfer or assent?
