So as you all know (previous post) mum passed away in July 2019.
I was supposed to have had my share of inheritance put into discretionary trust.
So far, Trustees (brother FA and now sister in law) refuse me any access to the fund documents.
Just before Christmas brother told me in a phone call the trust fund is NOT in my name but called something else, and I have NOT been named as a beneficiary of the trust in the said document.
What can I do as its going against the wording of the origional Will!?
