Does anyone know who is responsible for the enforcement of the code of Practice for Accurate billing for domestic customers ? It seems that the whole of the energy ombudsman complaints system is not worth the paper it is written on. In short they can decide in in your favour but claim not to have the power to enforce decisions against an energy supplier if it does not want to comply. I note that there is a Code of Practice for Accurate Bills Governing Board but this also sounds like another Mary Poppins outfit. Any advice appreciated
