  • Contractual Obligations

    Hi All,

I'm wondering if anyone can answer/comment of this. Would a utility company still be bound by contractual terms even if the domestic customer has switched away from them. ie, if money was still owed to them, would the actual contract or agreement with their T&Cs be considered discharged? We are fighting a Claim on matters relating to a period after the usage period and wondering if their T&C's still apply. ie, when is an express contract fully discharged?
