Every property both old and new in the country have what are called MPANs.
An MPAN is a meter point administration number. This number is unique to your property and is used as reference for when you are changing provider or having any metering works etc carried out on your property. All companies in the utilities industry use this as a reference number.
If you dont know what your MPAN is or you don't know who your supplier is FOR ELECTRICITY ONLY you need to contact the numbers listed below depending on which area you are in.
