  • Conditional Offer of a Fiscal fine.

I have received a conditional offer of a fiscal fine as I have apparently been reported to the PF by the police for possession of a class C drug. I most definitely have never had any interaction with the police and can only think that someone may have given the police my details. I have no criminal record and would like to keep it that way. How would the PF see fit to fine me (or the police to report me I the first instance) and what is the likelihood of having to go to court should I reject this fine.

    thank you
