  • Planning condition relating to access

Hi we have had planning permission approved but with a condition in terms of fencing and landscaping relating to maintaining access to a coastal path. However, the planning authority cannot give details of where this path is, have confirmed that they can't enforce this anyway so would be discharging this condition on the basis that we have supplied landscaping and fencing details. Does having this as a planning condition to be discharged in any way give weight to a future access challenge?
