TAKEN AS PART EXCHANGE ON A JOHN DEERE TRACTOR ; WE DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT THESE BUT WE HAVE HAD IT ALL CHECKED FOR DAMP, ENGINE AND GEARBOX ALL SEEMS FINE. THE SPEC BELOW IS WHAT THE PREVIOUS OWNER HAS GIVEN US TO USE FOR SALE.
WE ARE SELLING IT FOR THE PRICE WE PAID ON PART EXCHANGE, THANKS FOR LOOKING.
There is a large fixed double bed over the cab, also two fixed bunk beds to the rear n/s(bottom bunk folds up to give more space in the boot). Towards the front there is a single table with a seat at each side(this folds into a single bed) and also a double table with two seats either side(this folds into a small double bed). At the rear there is a bathroom with shower, sink & electric flush toilet. A large fridge/freezer is located below the gas oven and a 3 burner gas hob is also present.
There is an automatic tracking Satellite system fitted, a tv/dvd player fitted to a swivel bracket(can watch in the over cab bed or at the seating area), a 10" tv/dvd player is also fitted in the top bunk bed.
A 100 litre fresh water tank is fitted along with 2 x 60litre grey (waste water) tanks. Air Suspension is fitted to the rear axle to give a smoother ride. There is an electrically operated entrance step to allow easier access to the vehicle. Two gas bottles are located in a locker on the o/s of the vehicle. There is a bike rack, a large fiamma awning & safari room and also a towbar.
Everything is in good working order(Heating, Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Water System, Engine). The only bad point about the motorhome is that the bathroom has faded/changed colour due to sunlight coming through the window over the years, and also the sink in bathroom is worn and has had a repair at one time before I have owned the vehicle.
