Hi Everyone, I am new to this forum and need help with personal injury claim. I was involved in non fault car accident in Feb 2020 and made claim via a claim management company in Feb 2020 but it was on hold due to first lock down and TP paid me directly for travel expense & car repair and promise to carry on with medical but later they advised me to go via my own solicitor which i arranged in Sep 2020 but TP refused my claim due to late submission of injury claim while solicitor asked me for legal expense which i refused. How can i go to court without a solicitor? Many thanks to all.
