Head injury Taken 4yrs 4 them to finally admit liabilty only !

Young person Injured due to tradesman negligence 6 yrs ago and still suffering ...tradesmans insurance co and property owner ignored all contact from solicitors for many months ...took 2 yrs for them to idemnify both ....only when court papers finally had to be issued have they now made "offer only of liability" which we are being given 14 days and told to accept ...but its a no win no fee case and we are worried sick that if no compensation is forthcoming we are stung for costs which are now apparently over 100k ...no breakdown and no notification of same for at least 3 yrs .....have in past asked for copies of correspondance etc but denied and accused of failing to trust ......what do we do ??
