Hi,
I had VT the car with BMW recently but they are now hounding me on my mobile phone telling me that I have to pat excess mileage on the car because it says so in the contract. I pointed out that the CCA overrides contract law but they simply ignored this. They are phoning me almost every day now seeking payment and threatening me with black marks on my credit history file.
I told them that the car was returned in a reasonable condition and that all that I had to do under the CCA.
Can anyone advise what I should do.
