If you have had the misfortune to have your car clamped or impounded by Vehicle Enforcement & Ancillary Services (VEAS), who deal with untaxed and uninsured vehicles on behalf of DVLA, you might be surprised to learn that this bunch of incompetent idiots is part of cock-up specialists Capita or C(r)apita to those who know them well.
