Looking for a little advice please.
I知 looking to VT my car as I am in 5k negative equity and not using the car currently.
I知 at the 50% mark on a hire purchase agreement. It says they can look at above ware and tear and excess mileage.
1. my agreement doesn稚 state a mileage amount so could they still charge?
2. I did fit a towbar a few months ago - what will be the likely reaction to this? Aware this will be classed as a mod and school boy error should have told them!?
