I’m hoping you knowledgeable folks can assist.
I have recently VT’d, well over halfway with the payments. Firstly I was given a hefty bill for “repairs” but have since received a letter saying that due to the sale price at auction, I no longer owe anything for those repairs however, they are now saying the 3 months CoVid payment holiday counts as arrears, and that I owe those 3, along with a final payment that was “billed” on the 10th and my VT letter was dated the 14th.
Can I get out of some or all of these payments, as they all feel entirely unfair.
