How to Deal with "Fair Wear and Tear when handing a vehicle back with VT

Hi . I am returning my RangeRover Evoque tomorrow and am concerned that they will be unreasonable about any fair wear and tear )(only a little scuffing on the boot edging)
I am only returning it 1 month before the end of the PCP but they have made it very difficult so far so i really don't trust them.

How can I ensure that they have no room for manoevre?

All I want is a fair settlement
