  • Negative mark on credit file (BMW)

    Hello

I have posted before. I VTd my BMW and got 3k mileage charge. I entered into new agreement with them for another car. I used all the forms on here to dispute it ( thank you ) and got nowhere so sent it to the ombudsman again using the forms on here and advised BMW if the same.

I have always had amazing credit. 999 on Expedia for last 15 years. Today my credit card company wrote to me and reduced my limit from 8,000 to 500. I logged in to see BMW have marked me as I paying since august when I got the new car and VT’d the old one.

Do I have any recourse with this. I would have thought they shouldn’t do this while at the ombudsman. I read someone saying to do them for data protection but I can’t find any letters or much detail.

can anyone help. This is a bitter pill to swallow. Making a stand against unfair charges but them crippling you in the process. If I was renewing my mortgage I would be buggered.

    help please
