I vt'd my Audi using the guide and templates on here, so thank you very much for that.
I officially VT's on 2 September.
BCA collected the car on 8 September.
BCA emailed me the inspection report on 8 September before driving off with the car. Report noted 3 wheel scuffs and 1 scratch, estimated total £165ish.
The car was over the expected mileage, so I expect a charge for that.
But since then I have received nothing, no invoice for damage or mileage, All I have is letter confirming agreement has been settled and closed. Credit file confirms.
Is there a time-limit they have to send me an invoice for damage/mileage? clearly i'm not going to chase, but is there a point at which i can assume i wouldn't receive anything?
I know its uncertain times now and lots of things are delayed, but another poster on here had an almost identical scenario to mine with VWFS, had their car collected 3 weeks after mine was and had their invoice at 2-3 weeks ago.
Any thoughts guidance appreciated.
