Guarantor Voluntary Termination
R0b*I'm wondering if you could help provide my mum with some advice.*
She is guarantor on a finance agreement with money barn.* She doesn't drive and stood guarantor on her long term partners finance.**
They have split up and he has kept the car and threatening to stop paying, drop it on her doorstep.* Basically just taunting her with this final hold he has on her.*
I have done a voluntary termination before with Advantage Finance and had no issues at all from start to finish using your template letters (thankyou!).*
Would my mum as a guarantor be able to envoke the right to terminate given the situation?* Would it need a double signature or can she just terminate her responsibility and then her ex take it over?
I have no idea where she stands with this so id appreciate any help you guys can offer.*
