    Hi

I am wondering if anyone can help at all.

I have had an issue with my car since i purchased it last year, the dealership has now been sold and been taken over by another garage.
Vauxhall have explained to myself that there won't talk to the old dealership as it isn't an approved vauxhall one.

I have had a buzzing sound coming from the glove box area.

I have complained to Vauxhall and there have said there cant do anything due to a clause been in my Finance docs, which states this

under sub clause 20.1, which states that you will only use the vehicle in accordance with the manufactures instructions and all applicable laws and regulations. All risk in the vehicle will pass to you on delivery and you will be responsible for any loss or damage to it even if it is not your fault. You will carry out any repairs and replace parts when necessary. All repairs and replacement parts will become part of the vehicle.

Consumer Direct have said that this is illegal and therefore restricting my right as a consumer.

Has anyone else has this issue.

    Thanks
