Mis-sold PCP
I feel I was mis-sold my PCP and started to do some research...
I came across articles stating that the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) have been investigating the selling of PCP (personal contract purchase) finance and that solicitors who led large-scale PPI mis-selling claims are poised to turn their attention on PCPs following the conclusion of the FCA investigation.
I noticed this website, posing as advisors but literally waiting to spring into action if PCP are deemed fair game...

I basically wondered if anyone else was aware of this investigation?
If anyone knew when the results will be published?
and does anyone else feel they were mis-sold their PCP in the first place? I certainly do!!
With so much negative equity and loss of initial deposits etc.... I feel truly ripped off!
