  • PCN Parkingeye Holiday Inn Preston - Can i appeal?

    Hey All,

    Great forum!

I was hoping for some advise on a PCN that i have recieved. During a visit to Preston in April, i was taking a family member to the Holiday Inn hotel and waiting for them to come back to the car. I was clocked at being parked (Not in a valid parking spot - since the car park was full) for 21 mins. I personally did not go in to the hotel nor did other family members who were still sat in the car waiting with me. The person who i was waiting for is a registered disabled badge holder too.

Is it a possibility for me to appeal this notice? I am also trying to vist the appeals process as mentioned on the letter but that does not seem to take me anywhere so assuming that i can only appeal in letter. I have come across the mailbox enforcement@parkingeye.co.uk so may give that a try.

The letter is dated 2/6/23 but was only recieved 2 days ago (8/6/23).

Any help on this is appreciated.

    Thanks.
