I wrote on here last year after receiving a parking ticket from Phoenix Parking Solutions and received great support - thanks guys.
My ticket was cancelled after I wrote to the IPC to make a complaint about this company.
PPS failed to issue me with instructions for appeal despite the PCN stating that I would receive these.
I was not given a POPLA so could not issue an appeal within the 21 day timeframe.
Instead, they sent a letter from a debt collection agency threatening me.
Also, the notice to keeper which came from the debt collection agency was sent 74 days after the alleged offence. It should have been sent between day 29 and 57 according to the Independent Parking Committee Code of Practice. There were a number of other things that they didn't comply with before resorting to threats but ultimately with the intervention of the IPC the ticket got cancelled.
