  • £445 Court claim form BW Legal

(Alleged) parking infringement on 2 seperate days. First I was aware was when demand for £160 each day was sent through. Followed by Letter Before Action. At this point I enquired via email for SAR. They sent a large envelope with a fine from a fair few years ago that I had paid while at a previous address. And my make model and correct current address with the NCP parking violations.
following this I requested the evidence that the car had been parked there, as I know for a fact I was at work about 50 miles away from this car park and in my work van. I can get this proved quite easily.
they sent back an email with some photos on. My previous address and only in the latter day. They said those were the only photos available that showed the car entering the car park and leaving later on.
I have now received a Claim Form for CCBC and they have stated the 2 days plus fees and a grand total of £445.17.
Obviously I need to acknowledge this document to and prepare a defence. I am neither confirming or denying anything at this point, just wondering which avenue to take. I'm going to defend it because to not would be crazy.
    Any advice would be awesome.
