  • Parking Eye - Set Aside by Consent

    Hello,

Had a CCJ through from Parking Eye for parking in the notorious Sunderland Eye Infirmary (seen a few people get stung by these).

Read some very useful threads about Set Aside by Consent - does anyone have any experience or templates for this process, how likely are PE to agree to the consent if I agree to pay the debt (£167) in full and agree to pay the court costs (£100).

Really appreciate the feedback - I get married in 3 months and I have a lot to pay for at the moment, this is causing me a lot of stress, anxiety and sleep less nights.

I have also contacted Sunderland Eye Infirmary to see if they are able to help in any way.

Think it is ridiculous that not paying for 20 minutes of parking, when you are a patient at a hospital, can result in these measures...

    Appreciate any help and support.

    Cheers,

    Harry
