UK Parking + SCS Lw v Defendant - Registered keeper
I offered UK Parking the name of the driver at the time of the parking charge ....They refused to accept and said I would have to pay. I ignored the bombardment of letters from them.
I never received any pre-court notification
I had a court letter from Northampton, no details of charge only a total amount
I submitted my defense...thank you to everyone here
SCS Law asked me to change the charge but failed to tell me what changes they want..
I waited the time ................
SCS Law have now come back and asked for mediation. Does anyone have any idea what they are playing at?
Would it help my situation if I were to mediate with them? Has anyone else been in the is situation?
