In a moment of aberration,on 8th November 2019, I entered the wrong registration number in the ticket machine Premier Park have been hounding me for a large penalty. Letters have been backwards and forwards with me asking them to lift the penalty, and them demanding more and more money. I have been through POPLA who wouldn't help. Since 1 January 2020 all agents have agreed not to pursue people who make this mistake. I heard nothing from them after my last correspondence on 30th March which was a demand for £115. My MP has tried to get this lifted, but they refuse to engage in talks. Today I received a demand from a debt collector for £170.Any help would be much appreciated, this issue is very scary.
