Good morning,
On 29th Sept I did visit Matalan Stevenage with my family, as my family went for shopping and I was sitting in car doing my work on e-mail and phone and did not realize that even If we sit in the car need to make the payment, hence get PCN from Euro Car Parks, On their sign board it did not mentioned that we are still in the Car need to make the payment. Please see attached PCN and pictures of sign boards in Car Park. Could I appeal as All 2 hours I was in the car. Recenlty few cases happened with Matalan car parks
