Hi All,
I also got the Debt Enforcement & Action Ltd - FINAL REMINDER BEFORE COURT ACTION letter too, and they are threatening to lodge a claim with Northampton Crown Court on the 24/09/2014 with a payment offer. After reading all the advice from this forum. I feel like CEL and DEAL are trying to con and rip us off, it wouldn't surprise me if they are the same company. On detailed inspection the court claim letter looks really suspect. I will continue to ignore their threats and send them the letter from des8 post.
