please can people give me an idea of how to fight back against the Airport parking Luton scam. (This car park is not operated by Luton Airport)
so the details:
Booked my parking with Airport parking Luton on line giving my registration number. When I arrived at 06:05 in the morning 13/06/25 I was informed that I would have to pay an additional £30 to park as I was in a van. I informed them that my T5 shuttle SWB is registered as a car so not a van. At this point the attendant informed me that he gets this all the time and he’s not going to argue it with me. So I’m left with the choice of paying £30 or missing my flight. I have since emailed the customer services which reading the reviews on line I’m not expecting to get a response from. I have also checked the T&C’s and cannot find anything to support this extra charge. Unfortunately I don’t have any idea how to fight this and recover my money.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
