  • Debt Recovery Plus for Unpaid PCN

Hi, just after some advice please.
I received a parking charge notice after a hospital appointment.
I had no phone on me at the time and there was not a cash payment machine there, or any sign to notify me of where one would be located.
I subsequently received a PCN. It was sent to me 17 days after the date of alleged contravention.
I made the decision to ignore it as they had failed to comply with the requirements of Schedule 4 of The Protection Of
Freedoms Act 2012 namely, but not limited to, failing to deliver the notice within the relevant
period of 14 days as prescribed by section 9 (4) of the Act.

i have now received a letter from Debt Recovery Plus and I’m just wondering what I should do about it, as it’s past the date of appeal to the issuer?

    Thanks in advance
