Hi all,
My son takes part in a club and their car park had a sinkhole so was unusable. For 3 weeks we pulled up in a car park opposite and one of us hopped out to pick him up. We then got a PCN and I knew 2 more would follow. It was a total mistake, I thought we would be fine just pulling into a bit of land to pick him up.
Now, I appealed the first was as it was sent to us 16 days after the event, it has luckily been cancelled. I have also appealed the second one as it was sent 17 days after the event.
However, the third one was sent within the 14 days and states we were there 11:16 - 11:33am. Do we have any grounds at all to appeal that one?
Any advice is appreciated. If we can't appeal we have 2 days left to pay before it increases from £60 to £100.
