Hi all. Apologies if this has been answered before, but I have searched the forum and cannot find anything identical to this issue.
The owner received a letter from Debt Recovery Plus demanding £170 for an unpaid parking fine. This is the first communication the owner has received, despite DRP saying the owner has missed 6 payment deadlines already. The creditor is listed as UK Parking Patrol Office Ltd, and the reason for issue is 'exceeded maximum stay period (ANPR).
The owner has not engaged or responded to the DRP final demand.
I read on other posts that they need to submit a Subject Access Request – is this simply writing a letter to the original 'creditor' UK Parking Patrol Office? Or does this not apply in this instance?
Thanks in advance.
