Hi, I'm new to LegalBeagles and I would like some advice regarding a PCN I just received.

The incident occured on the 05/03/2022, however the notice is dated 22/03/2022.
Is this PCN still valid?
I am aware that notices have to be issued within 14 days, if that is the case what do I say in my appeal?
