Parking eye fine grange road Darlington

Hi I received a parking fine from parking eye on 3/3/2022 saying I had not purchased a ticket. I did and I still have the ticket so I have appealed. I’ve received an email today saying my appeal was unsuccessful as the ticket was bought from an invalid location but how when it was bought in that car park any advice please I can’t afford to pay £100 I already paid for my parking and left just under 2 hours earlier than my ticket states
