PCN from Smart Parking Glasgow

    PCN from Smart Parking Glasgow

    Our car is registered in England and we received a PCN in the mail for parking at a Smart Parking facility in Glasgow. The PCN doesn't seem to make any mention of who the driver of the car was, and instead they sent the PCN to the keeper. I'm sure there's a guide on here for what to do, but I can't seem to find it.
