I have two parking tickets - one has a court date which has passed and I have received no more correspondence on it - and the other which has got to Gladstone's first letter stage.
The first ticket has a general form of judgment or order sent and a default judgement was meant to be heard 4/7/19 and I have still heard nothing from it?
The second ticket - Gladstones letter - the car at this stage was still in my ex husbands name. It is now in my name. It was suggested to me to speak to Gladstones to explain this with the hope of them having to start again or having a point to negotiate - of course the won't even speak to me about it.
My ex won't even speak to me so I am not really sure what I am meant to do about these tickets? I am tempted to just leave and ignore as they are in his name and I've got bigger issues to worry about. Unfortunately they are being sent to my address. I do not know his current address either.
Any helpful pointers here I would help me enormously. I am feeling extremely overwhelmed.
