  • No insurance

I was stopped by an officer and informed that I am driving I accordance with the license and no valid insurance and seized my car.
I was within the first year coming to UK at that time .had an insurance with NON EXCHANGEABLE FOREIGN license.I also had my provisional license (got 6 points and fine for that later February). The officer said in my insurance it shows full UK license which wasn't true.went to the station and provided insurance and my license. Officers said it's ok to drive with this license as it was within an year.
Today been to court they said International license will be invalid if we hold a provisional license.I have no clear idea on this and case has been reopening later in 2 week time.is there any chances for me to challenge.
    Thanks in advance
