DVLA never send renewal forms
I've only discovered today that I have been driving my own car and a taxi for 3 months not knowing my driving licence had expired.
I have a licence that I have to renew every 3 years because of a medical condition. DVLA usually always send out the renewal forms a good couple of months before renewal but this year they never, and I actually thought I had at least another year to go. As of today I have stopped driving but don't know where to go from here.
I went on the DVLA site and it says I have to apply for a brand new licence, but surely that could take months and I cannot work now?
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
