    Help please

    I've received an attachment of earnings which I knew nothing about so I phoned them and apparently I have been prosecuted twice for speeding. This went to court without my knowledge as I sold the car in January 17 sent off log book and thought that was the end of it. The court summons for the above offences went to the address of the log book which I no longer have access to so I did not receive theses summons which happened in September 17 so they convicted without me present. I have no proof of sending log book off to DVLA just name and address of person who purchased the vehicle. Can I take this back to court and if so how do i do it. Any advice will be gratefully appreciated.
