Hello,
2 months ago I parked on a parking space with very faded writing on the ground. From the car was impossible for me to see what was writen there and thought was old and invalid. when I came back a fine was issued and when I moved my car I manage somehow to read with a help of another driver "motorcycle only". Also there were initials MC which I didn't know what they stand for. Wasn't explained on the parking sign either.
The first informal appeal was rejected and now I'm writing second formal notice to owner. I have no idea what so different to point out to them really so can be stronger. Can someone help me with this please? Will try to upload a pictures, but never done that in a forum so not sure how to.
