Hi
I have received a PCN from ncp stating on 16th November 2023 I exceeded the maximum stay for a blue badge, at this time I was driving a courtesy car from Hyundai. I received this PCN on 28th November 2024, a year later, can they still enforce this PCN within this length of time.
