Hoping you can help
I have received a PCN from excel parking dated 8/11/22 but the date of offence was 24/8/22 asking for £100 by 6/12/22
My son had borrowed my car as his was in for MOT, hd didn’t get a ticket on the day and doesn’t remember if he did pay given it was so long ago although pretty sure he would have as he parks there most days for work
Should they have notified within 14 days? And do I have right to appeal based on this, I wasn’t driving so am I obliged to give my sons name etc?
