Hi there I received a parking charge notice for parking. Please see attached, this car park was open with two small signs that have just gone up. I was not aware that the land owners have done this. Below one of the signs there is a warning of clamping that has been there for years. You would have to get close to read the sign also. I have not done anything yet but would you please help?
